V. Nicholas & Associates is primarily a Computer Drafting business committed to providing professional drafting services to companies, businesses and professionals in the fields of Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Surveying. In addition to Drafting Services, we are also capable of providing services such as Civil Engineering Designs, Architectural Designs, Construction Materials Estimates and Construction Supervision with the aid of associate business firms. 

AutoCAD is the main software used for producing drawings. From conceptual design to final plan detailing AutoCAD does the trick. Eagle Point is also used for creating contour drawings, material volume calculations and highway designs.

V. Nicholas & Associates has officially been in operation since the 1^st July, 2006, and intends to grow and be around for a long time.

My name is Vaughn Nicholas and I am a Computer Draftsman.

I specialize in producing Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Surveying drawings for various companies and firms and for individual professionals in the construction industry.

The program used for producing drawings is AutoCAD. I also use other Programs such as Softdesk and Eagle Point for producing survey contour drawings, road and drainage designs, and volume calculations.

I bring to the table over 12 years experience in the industry and with my "get things done attitude" I am able to produce drawings at a fast and professional rate.
